  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure every shrimp is coated thoroughly.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, turning until they are pink and opaque.
  3. Make the Caesar dressing: In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Layer with grilled shrimp, chopped romaine, shaved Parmesan, and optional bacon and croutons.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll them tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Serve immediately, sliced in half for presentation.

Notes
