- 1 tsp paprika

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure every shrimp is coated thoroughly.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, turning until they are pink and opaque.
- Make the Caesar dressing: In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Assemble the wraps: Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Layer with grilled shrimp, chopped romaine, shaved Parmesan, and optional bacon and croutons.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll them tightly from the bottom up.
- Serve immediately, sliced in half for presentation.
Notes
Marinate shrimp up to 8 hours in advance for enhanced flavor. Use other proteins like chicken or grilled vegetables if desired.
