Description

Grilled Peach Crostini is a delightful summer appetizer featuring sweet grilled peaches atop crispy bread, drizzled with balsamic glaze and topped with creamy goat cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and place them cut-side down on the grill.
  3. Grill the peaches for about 4-5 minutes until they are caramelized and have grill marks.
  4. While the peaches are grilling, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and grill them for 1-2 minutes on each side until toasted.
  5. Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top each slice with a grilled peach half.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
