- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Slice the steaks and serve with the sautéed vegetables on the side.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
