Description

A delightful dish of grilled corn coated with garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cobs Fresh Corn
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the husks and silk from the corn cobs, rinsing them under cool water.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the corn cobs.
  5. Place the cobs on the grill, rotating them every few minutes for even charring.
  6. Grill for about 8–10 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  7. Remove the corn from the heat and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the hot corn.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired before serving.

Notes

Prepare garlic butter up to five days ahead. If you don’t have a grill, you can roast the corn in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
