- 4 cobs Fresh Corn
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
- Remove the husks and silk from the corn cobs, rinsing them under cool water.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the corn cobs.
- Place the cobs on the grill, rotating them every few minutes for even charring.
- Grill for about 8–10 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- Remove the corn from the heat and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the hot corn.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired before serving.
Notes
Prepare garlic butter up to five days ahead. If you don’t have a grill, you can roast the corn in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
