Deliciously savory bomb bites filled with ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, draining excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; sauté for another minute.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese until combined.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual pieces.
  6. Place a tablespoon of beef mixture in the center of each dough piece, fold over, and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush melted butter on top of each bomb.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
