Deliciously savory bomb bites filled with ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, draining excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; sauté for another minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese until combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual pieces.
- Place a tablespoon of beef mixture in the center of each dough piece, fold over, and pinch to seal.
- Brush melted butter on top of each bomb.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Perfect for parties or a cozy night in. Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
