Description

Delicious and cheesy garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs that are perfect for a snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the beef mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
