Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped cauliflower and sliced mushrooms, stirring well to coat.
- Cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and mushrooms are browned.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
