Description

A deliciously rich dish featuring perfectly seared ribeye steaks paired with zucchini ribbons sautéed in garlic butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into ribbons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks: Rub both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the skillet: Place your heavy skillet over high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sear the steaks: Carefully add the steaks to the hot skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Rest the steaks: Remove the steaks from the skillet and tent them with foil.
  5. Make the garlic butter: In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  6. Sauté the zucchini: Toss in the zucchini ribbons and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Plate and serve: Place the rested steaks on plates, drizzling the garlic butter over the top and garnishing with parsley.

Notes

You can use sirloin or filet mignon as alternatives to ribeye. Feel free to customize by adding herbs or swapping the zucchini for other vegetables.
