Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Gently add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook until they turn pink, approximately 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Stir in the lemon juice and cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread.
Notes
For a lighter version, use olive oil. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
