A delicious and creamy dish featuring chicken thighs cooked in garlic butter and topped with a rich Parmesan mushroom cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs and sear until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Serve with rice or pasta to soak up the sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
