- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole grain)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smoothly combined.
- Spread the garlic butter generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down on a heated skillet or griddle and top each with half of the cheese.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes until the other side is golden and cheese is melty.
- Remove from heat, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.
