- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup jalapeño lime ranch dressing

- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Prepare the fried chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- If using canned street corn, drain it; if using grilled corn, cut the kernels off the cob.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of shredded chicken and street corn on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with jalapeño lime ranch dressing.
- Top with chopped cilantro and crumbled queso fresco.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
