Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with French fried onions.
