Description

Delicious tortilla roll ups filled with savory roast beef and creamy Swiss cheese, served with warm au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Au jus
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Place slices of roast beef evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add Swiss cheese on top of the roast beef.
  4. Spread horseradish sauce if desired.
  5. Roll up the tortilla tightly starting from one end.
  6. Slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick.
  7. Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
