- 4 Flour tortillas
- 8 oz Roast beef slices
- 4 oz Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Au jus
- 2 tbsp Horseradish sauce (optional)
- 1 cup Cucumber or other veggies (e.g., peppers, spinach, pickles)
Instructions
- Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean, flat surface.
- Place slices of roast beef evenly over the tortilla.
- Add Swiss cheese on top of the roast beef.
- Spread horseradish sauce if desired.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly starting from one end.
- Slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick.
- Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
