- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and place them on a flat surface.
- Place one chicken breast in the center of each piece of foil.
- Top each chicken breast with Hawaiian BBQ sauce, pineapple chunks, sliced bell peppers, and onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the foil over the chicken and seal tightly to create a packet.
- Place the packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Carefully open the packets, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for a few hours before cooking.
