Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce, mixing well to combine.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the creamy sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
