- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In another skillet, heat olive oil and toast the bread slices on both sides.
- Layer sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and cook until the cheese melts.
