- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional: salsa for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the burrito and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve with salsa if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add other ingredients like cooked bacon or vegetables for extra flavor.
- Make sure the skillet is not too hot to avoid burning the tortillas.
