  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shrimp and mixed seafood, cooking until they are just opaque.
  3. Stir in the white beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chili powder, and cumin.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
