- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a blender, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the blender. Blend again until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a fun twist, add chocolate chips or sprinkles to the batter before baking.
- Store leftover cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
