Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate: Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Dip the strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  3. Chill until firm: Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and chill for about 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  4. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
