Description

  • 4 Tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Crispy Toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil for Searing

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  3. Smash the seasoned chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla and fold them over.
  4. Cook the tacos in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Dress the tacos with dill pickles, drizzle with ranch dressing, and add your choice of toppings before serving.
