- 4 Tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped

- 2 tbsp Oil for Searing
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Smash the seasoned chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla and fold them over.
- Cook the tacos in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Dress the tacos with dill pickles, drizzle with ranch dressing, and add your choice of toppings before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider air frying the tortillas instead of searing.
