- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, Parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
