- 1 lb scallops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
