Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
- Additional Biscoff spread for serving
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the Biscoff spread until evenly distributed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Stack the pancakes and serve warm with additional Biscoff spread and your choice of toppings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
- Make sure not to overmix the batter for fluffy pancakes.
- Store leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
