Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
  • Additional Biscoff spread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the Biscoff spread until evenly distributed.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Stack the pancakes and serve warm with additional Biscoff spread and your choice of toppings.
