Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Layer the torn croissants evenly in the greased dish.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
