- 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- In the crockpot, layer half of the chopped cabbage, then half of the beef mixture, and repeat the layers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the cabbage is tender.
