Ingredients
- Low-Carb Tortillas or Cream Cheese Wraps
- Cream Cheese, softened
- Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Sweetener (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Butter or Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with your desired sweetener and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Scatter a generous layer of blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, enclosing the filling.
- Brush the outside of the roll-ups with melted butter or oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
Notes
For a different texture, try almond flour or coconut flour tortillas. You can also swap blueberries with raspberries or diced strawberries.
