Description

Delightful roll-ups featuring a crispy exterior and creamy blueberry cream cheese filling, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • Low-Carb Tortillas or Cream Cheese Wraps
  • Cream Cheese, softened
  • Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Butter or Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with your desired sweetener and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  4. Scatter a generous layer of blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, enclosing the filling.
  6. Brush the outside of the roll-ups with melted butter or oil.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.

Notes

For a different texture, try almond flour or coconut flour tortillas. You can also swap blueberries with raspberries or diced strawberries.
