- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1/4 cup cornstarch

Instructions
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with salt and pepper.
- Coat the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the fried tofu to the garlic butter and toss to coat.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the tofu in soy sauce for 30 minutes before coating.
