Description

Crispy Garlic Butter Tofu Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer that everyone will love. They are packed with flavor and have a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. In a separate pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  7. Add the fried tofu to the garlic butter and toss to coat.
  8. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the tofu in soy sauce for 30 minutes before coating.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste preference.
