Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into fry shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each zucchini fry into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. While the fries are baking, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl to make the dip.
