Description

Indulge in creamy loaded pasta shells filled with macaroni and cheese and crispy bacon for a comforting and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 1 cup Macaroni
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain, and keep close.
  4. Melt butter in the same pot over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cream cheese, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Mix in cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
  7. Stuff each jumbo shell with the creamy mixture and place seam side up in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and extra cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
