- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Add the sliced cucumbers to the yogurt mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add a dash of chili flakes.
