Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, orange zest, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over them.
  4. Add the fresh cranberries around the chicken in the dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
