Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal golf ball-sized portions and shape them into flatbreads, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
