Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola or nuts over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
