Description

A refreshing and nutritious dessert made with creamy coconut yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy nuts, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola or nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola or nuts over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • Use any combination of berries you prefer.
  • For a vegan option, ensure the granola is also vegan.
