Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry, mixing just until combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the filling.
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter into the center.
- Before the batter sets, generously sprinkle some of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Pour a bit more batter over the cinnamon filling to cover it completely.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- For the cream cheese glaze, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and glossy.
- Drizzle the glaze over pancakes and serve warm.
