Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line your muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Layer a third of the melted chocolate in each muffin liner.
  5. Add a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  6. Top with the remaining melted chocolate until each liner is full.
  7. Salt each cup with a pinch of sea salt, if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
