- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line your muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Layer a third of the melted chocolate in each muffin liner.
- Add a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Top with the remaining melted chocolate until each liner is full.
- Salt each cup with a pinch of sea salt, if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
