Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie dough
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time.
  6. Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
  7. Fold in cookie dough and chocolate chips gently.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set.
  10. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
