Instructions
- Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet, pour the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.

- Return the chicken: Slice cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve and garnish: Plate over cooked pasta and sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired.
