Description

A delicious and spicy Chicken Chowmein Masala that combines tender chicken with flavorful noodles and a variety of vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 200g Chicken, sliced
  • 150g Chowmein noodles
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chowmein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in onions, bell pepper, and carrots; cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, and salt; mix well.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken Chowmein Masala!

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
