Description
A delicious and spicy Chicken Chowmein Masala that combines tender chicken with flavorful noodles and a variety of vegetables.

- 200g Chicken, sliced
- 150g Chowmein noodles
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Chowmein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions, bell pepper, and carrots; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, and salt; mix well.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken Chowmein Masala!
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
