Instructions
- Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions for about 20-25 minutes until achieving a soft-serve texture.
- Add in the halved cherries and dark chocolate chunks about 5 minutes before the churning is done.
