- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped dried cherries, chopped dried cranberries, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Using your hands can help blend the textures.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, pressing firmly to hold their shape.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each bite.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
