Description

A delicious and cheesy stuffed baguette filled with spinach, artichokes, and mushrooms, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 large baguette
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, then stir in spinach and artichokes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sautéed vegetables with cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread to create space for the filling.
  6. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly inside the baguette.
  7. Place the stuffed baguette on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
