Description

Delicious and cheesy cauliflower breadsticks that are keto-friendly and perfect for indulging without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. Cool the cauliflower slightly, then pulse it in a food processor until finely minced.
  4. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel.
  5. Combine the cauliflower rice, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into breadsticks.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the tops with olive oil or melted garlic butter before baking.
