- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
- Cool the cauliflower slightly, then pulse it in a food processor until finely minced.
- Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel.
- Combine the cauliflower rice, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into breadsticks.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush the tops with olive oil or melted garlic butter before baking.
