Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the pot and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and broccoli and set aside.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. In a baking dish, layer the potatoes and broccoli, then pour the cream mixture over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the dish.
