Description

Cheesy Cauliflower Hash Browns are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional hash browns, made with cauliflower and cheese for a flavorful twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, grated
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the cauliflower using a box grater or food processor.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, shredded cheese, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small patties.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the cooked patties to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes to ensure they are cooked through.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
