- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 Hawaiian rolls

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with diced onions, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties that fit the size of the Hawaiian rolls.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
- Top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of the rolls.
- Cover the sliders with the top half of the rolls and place them in the oven for about 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warm.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
