- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together until evenly blended.
- In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Layer half of the batter into the loaf pan, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining batter, cream cheese, and caramel sauce.
- Use a knife to swirl the mixtures to create marbled patterns.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the loaf in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
Notes
Bake a day in advance for enhanced flavor. You can also bake in an air fryer at a lower temperature.
