Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
