- 1 lb ground beef or turkey

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to create the burger sauce.
- Assemble the bowl by placing fresh greens at the bottom, followed by roasted sweet potatoes and cooked meat.
- Drizzle the burger sauce over the top and serve immediately.
